THE PAST: HISTORIC YAGYAS
1944 Guru Dev’s Maha Yagya. During World War II, Maharishi’s Master, Guru Dev,
organized a Maha Yagya for world peace. 12,000 Peace-lovers, including 2,000
Pandits, gathered in Guru Dev’s presence at the river Jamuna near New Delhi,
India, to perform a Yagya for world peace. This was probably the greatest Yagya
in modern times. World War II came to an end soon afterwards.
1988 - 1990 Maharishi had AtiRudrabhishek performed 3 times daily.
Maharishi set up a group of 7,000 Yogic Flying Vedic Pandits at Maharishi Nagar
just outside New Delhi, India. At that time the Berlin Wall fell, the Soviet
Union broke up into fifteen separate countries, the Central and East European
countries became free nations, East and West Germany reunited, and the Warsaw
Pact, the largest standing army in the history of the world with 12 million
soldiers and 30,000 nuclear weapons, simply disappeared.
THE PRESENT: A SURGE OF NEW PROGRESS
In October 2012 AtiRudrabhishek began again with 1,331 Vedic Pandits, and
continues once daily in the Brahmasthan of India.
Over 2,200 Yogic Flying Maharishi Vedic Pandits reside there currently
performing a continual stream of powerful transformational Yagyas for over 80
countries of the world.

Maha Kumbha Mela The most significant spiritual gathering of the past 144 years.
This time is marked by an extremely rare convergence of highly auspicious
planetary influences. Our Maharishi Jyotish Pandits have emphasized this is a
“singularly powerful time” for Yagya performances.
